About Us

Meet husband-and-wife duo Angel and Jordan Santiago, the owners and founders of Santiago Family Properties!

A lifelong North Shore local, Angel is a licensed real estate agent in MA and graduate of James Madison University with a background in tech sales, and is even a certified paralegal! He is an avid investor and has been involved in the real estate world since he was eighteen years old. When not expanding SFP and working with clients, you can find Angel working out at the local YMCAs or Lifetime Fitness (fun fact: Angel is a certified yoga instructor!), learning about investment trends, and cooking five-star meals.

Hailing from Virginia but having found home in the North Shore, Jordan is also a licensed real estate agent in MA and graduate of both James Madison University and Virginia Tech with a background in market research. When not designing marketing initiatives for SFP, conducting market analysis, and connecting with local businesses, Jordan enjoys pilates and spin classes (you can find her at The Energy Barre, Inner Cycle, or SoulCycle), plays the flute in four different music groups across the North Shore, and is either at the beach, reading, or ideally, doing both.

Together, Angel, Jordan, and their three pets live in Salem, MA in their 200-year-old historic home. They love being active in the community and are involved with the Salem Common Neighborhood Association, Salem Willows Yacht Club, and Salem Chamber of Commerce while also running in almost all of Salem's road races, and hope to run the Boston Marathon together one day soon! They are ecstatic to continue to build business and community together in the North Shore.
